About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects. This role involves managing project performance, including cost, schedule, and overall success. You will partner with Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient project execution, track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings. A key responsibility is maintaining project schedules by aligning crews, subcontractors, and materials with DOT timelines. You will also manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation, and work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners. Building strong relationships with owners, engineers, and project teams is essential, as is a drive for continuous learning, resilience in problem-solving, integrity, and effective teamwork.
