About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects. This role involves managing project performance, including cost, schedule, and overall success. You will partner with Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient project execution, track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings. The Project Manager will be responsible for keeping projects on track by aligning crews, subcontractors, and materials with DOT timelines, as well as managing subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation. This role also requires working through design and field challenges with engineers and partners, and serving as a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams. We are looking for individuals with a drive for continuous learning and improvement, resilience in the face of challenges, integrity, and strong teamwork skills. A practical, builder-minded approach to problem-solving and clear, confident communication are essential.
