About The Position

Remodel Pro, a fast-growing remodeling company specializing in residential and commercial renovations, is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Projects range from kitchens and home additions to office buildouts and tenant improvements. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects from planning through completion, manages crews and subcontractors, controls budgets and timelines, and serves as the primary client contact. The role combines field operations with administrative work and calls for leadership, communication, organization, professionalism, and a solutions-driven approach.

Requirements

3–5 years of project management experience in construction or remodeling.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building processes.
Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Computer proficiency, including project management software, email, and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of Builderstrend.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tenant improvements (TIs) and commercial buildouts.
Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes.
Bilingual ability is optional.

Responsibilities

Oversee residential and commercial remodeling projects from planning to completion.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews.
Conduct regular job site visits and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Handle client communication, updates, and expectations.
Process change orders, material orders, and project paperwork.
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to code.
Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally as they arise.
