Requirements

• Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team lead.
• At least 3 years in a trade or hands-on construction/remodeling role.
• Leadership experience managing shifts, leading teams, or motivating people under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt when plans change.
• Strong communication skills for working with homeowners, craftsmen, and vendors.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence in making decisions and owning outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
