The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects within budget and on schedule. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that all project goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Valid driver's license; Ability to be insured under company’s vehicle insurance policy.

  • EPA 608 universal and Nate certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and expectations, providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Manage project finances, including budget tracking, invoicing, and cost analysis.
