About The Position
We are seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to support and lead commercial construction projects. The ideal candidates will have experience working with commercial contractors and managing projects within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation work.
Requirements
- Experience working with commercial contractors
- Project experience in Medical / Healthcare facilities
- Project experience in Higher Education (Colleges & Universities)
- Project experience in K-12 Schools
- Experience with both New Construction and Renovation projects
- Detail-oriented construction professional with strong commercial project experience
- Ability to effectively manage complex projects
Nice To Haves
- Construction Management experience preferred
- Design-Build project experience preferred
- Ability to effectively coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations
- Support successful project delivery from start to finish
