About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale
environmental services contract supporting federal operations. This role is
responsible for overall contract execution, including technical performance,
staffing, compliance, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including federal contract management
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (25+ personnel preferred)
• Strong knowledge of environmental compliance (EPA, DoD, or similar)
• PMP certification
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 environments
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with Government stakeholders
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance across all task areas
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams including scientists, technicians, and analysts
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contract requirements
• Lead risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage task orders and technical teams
• Track deliverables, schedules, and performance metrics
• Coordinate field activities and resource allocation
• Support staffing and surge requirements
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
