The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing assigned projects and product line initiatives to support business objectives, customer requirements, project milestones, and deliverables. This role serves as a primary project contact, coordinating communication between various internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support product line execution and strategic initiatives, develop and maintain project documentation, identify and mitigate project risks, monitor financial performance, and coordinate the preparation and submission of various project-related documents. Additionally, the role involves tracking new product trials, participating in project status meetings, assisting in resolving project issues, and providing guidance to less experienced team members. Contributions to workflow improvements and process enhancements are also expected.
