The Project Manager provides leadership and management for assigned heavy industrial, mining, or power projects, ensuring safe, profitable, timely delivery consistent with quality and integrity standards. The role champions work execution across preconstruction (when assigned) and construction, and may participate in marketing, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations. The position has two progression steps: Step I handles less complex projects valued at $20 million and under and typically requires 3–5 years of experience in the position; Step II handles medium-scale projects valued at $20–$50 million and typically requires 5–10 years of experience. The Project Manager is accountable for project profitability, safety, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and personnel decisions affecting the project. The role establishes and administers the project charter and comprehensive management plans; coordinates resources and execution with the Project Superintendent and Project Engineer; manages schedules, procurement, costs, billing, contracts, change orders, subcontractors, claims, closeout, and customer relationships; and contributes to business development and estimating. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring compliance with safety standards and the ability to wear personal protective equipment. The company describes itself as a 100% employee-owned contractor and offers competitive pay, benefits, incentive programs, and training focused on personal and professional growth.
