About The Position

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing people, schedules, and budgets to deliver components of a commercial data warehouse, including data aggregation, implementation, mastering, reporting, and analytics. The role requires strong technical data analysis skills, budget management experience, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

Experience with patient data, claims data, EHR/EMR data, Specialty Pharmacy data, and Specialty Distributor data.
Experience managing data-related projects.
Experience leading global teams.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Technical experience with data analysis, reporting, and analytics.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with 5-10 years in pharmaceutical consulting/services.

Nice To Haves

PMP, Six Sigma, and/or CSM certifications.
Experience with data in the specialty pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud and cloud-ready data technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage the development of the work breakdown structure and convert it into a resource-driven project schedule.
Remove roadblocks quickly around issues and dependencies.
Manage a global team performing data analysis, aggregation, and reporting services.
Manage adherence to the project schedule.
Manage budgets and drive to meet or exceed contribution margin targets.
Manage client expectations, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure resolutions.
Execute a communication plan including status reporting and review sessions.
Oversee day-to-day business and technical project components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Ensure team alignment with company processes, initiatives, and methodologies.
