Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in Construction, HVAC, or Building Automation
• Proficient in Windows & Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access
• Associates Degree
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Clear English verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and design drawings
• General understanding of employment laws and best practices
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Background in electrical systems or construction management
• Direct experience with procurement and resource scheduling
• Financial portfolio management exposure

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical and process improvement projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and implement productivity tools, maintain key documentation, and track project schedules
• Manage project financials: planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and cost estimation
• Oversee contract compliance, ensure scope delivery, and secure change orders as needed
• Coordinate project materials, resources, and subcontractors; resolve resource constraints and project issues
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, proactively identifying and resolving challenges
• Interpret contract documents and design drawings to define project scope and requirements
• Produce accurate and timely project financial reports
• Support procurement, scheduling, and financial portfolio management
