Project Manager - Commercial Construction
About The Position
Estes Construction is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team. This role is a key member of the project management team, responsible for leading construction projects from conception to completion. Project Managers oversee multiple projects in various stages, from preconstruction/design through close-out. The role involves planning, developing, and coordinating office-related construction activities to support the on-site field team. Responsibilities include assisting with bid proposals, coordinating quality control and safety, identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and effectively communicating project expectations for successful execution.
Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience considered
- 5-years of construction experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel when required.

- Construction management or engineering degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strategically leading construction projects from concept to completion.
- Managing multiple projects in various stages of construction from preconstruction/design to project close-out.
- Planning, developing, and coordinating all office related construction activities to support the on-site field team during the lifecycle of the project.
- Assisting with bid proposals and coordination of quality control and safety activities.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicating project expectations effectively to ensure successful project execution.
