About The Position

The PM will oversee all aspects of contract performance, supervise staff, and serve as the primary liaison with government leadership.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in administrative services or program management.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing federal contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • College degree required; business or management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of contract operations.
  • Oversee quality control, staffing, scheduling, and contract performance.
  • Serve as primary liaison with USTDA CO and COR.
  • Manage administrative services including records, HR support, procurement, and facilities.
  • Provide technical support during events (AV troubleshooting).
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk management, and reporting.
