  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and blueprints.
  • Ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 pounds as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within your assigned area.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with technicians and customers.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple moving projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using standard business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and basic project or scheduling systems.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align labor, materials, and deliverables for service-related work.
  • Manage material and equipment needs, coordinating orders and deliveries, and helping maintain readiness for upcoming work.
  • Review scopes, basic drawings, and contract requirements to ensure field execution matches what was sold and expected.
  • Participate in site walks, job meetings, and inspections as needed to maintain momentum and strong relationships.
  • Represent Encore with professionalism when interacting with customers, vendors, and other partners.
