Requirements

PMP certification
5+ years of client management experience including communications, organization, and problem solving
5+ years of program management or project management experience with demonstrated competence with standard project management methodologies within a technical environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with engineering, IT, or research-focused teams
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern delivery frameworks
Background in process optimization or project evaluation
Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans and deliverables

Responsibilities

Supporting and guiding technical teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Applying standard project management approaches to plan, track, and deliver complex technical projects.
Handling coordination across stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, managing schedules and risks, and driving successful execution in a technical environment.
