About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate small to medium-sized business and technology projects. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline requirements. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing one or more small to medium-sized projects that support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes in a dynamic Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing business and technology projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum principles and practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience using project management and Agile delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working within PMO-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and business requirements in partnership with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Lead project execution by coordinating team activities, facilitating meetings, and driving alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Monitor project progress across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and business value.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with PMO and other organizational departments to ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Support operational readiness activities and coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and best-practice recommendations to project teams and project management peers.
  • Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) and Agile tools to track project health, team productivity, and delivery metrics.
