Our fast-growing organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the expanding Construction Management team. This individual will play an integral role in advancing our affordable multi-family development portfolio. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of our development projects including assigned new construction, rehabilitation, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, results oriented, self-starting professional with technical knowledge of the affordable, multi-family construction industry. This position works in close coordination with GAD’s and HHAD’s Business Development, Development, Finance, and Accounting teams located in our Raleigh, North Carolina office and will report to the Vice President of Construction. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, management, and execution of both new construction and rehabilitation projects for affordable housing communities across the country. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical expertise, including design, finance, development, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing development, an understanding of construction management processes, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, and the ability to travel 25% of the time.
