This individual serves as a central point of coordination, leading communication, meeting cadences, and cross-functional collaboration to keep programs on track. They proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution of issues that could impact timelines or outcomes. The role requires strong operational rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum across multiple parallel workstreams. Success in this role is defined by the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, ensure accountability across stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
