About The Position

TOMRA Food is seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex customer projects across Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and can confidently coordinate people, resources, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes. The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from handover through to customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver outcomes in remote and dynamic operating environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, manage ambiguity, and solve complex problems
  • Ability to work in both an open office setting and on industrial customer worksites
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid passport, have an unrestricted driver's licence in the country of residence, and be able to travel domestically up to 30%
