About The Position

We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions to be proposed on a government contract with the Department of the Interior (DOI) in Denver, CO. This opportunity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside and involves providing a broad array of accounting and financial management services for the DOI's Financial Management Directorate. We are seeking resumes for the following labor categories (16 estimated FTEs to be proposed): Project Manager (1 FTE) Accounting Clerk I (4 FTE) Accounting Clerk II (7 FTE) Accounting Clerk III (1 FTE) Automation Specialist (2 FTE) Financial Analyst (1 FTE) Key Responsibilities Provide professional accounting, financial, and operational support for federal client organizations. Perform day-to-day accounting operations, transaction processing, and financial analysis. Support automation and process improvement efforts. Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service in a government environment. Comply with all DOI, OMB, and federal information security standards and ethics.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Information Systems Environment.
  • Specialized experience as project leader or lead analyst on major application.
  • General Management experience.
  • IBM mainframe experience.
  • ADP general experience.
  • Ability to work as a team member with effective communication skills to coordinate efforts and prepare presentations to management, systems accountants, programmers and others.
  • Supervisory and contract management experience.
  • Prior experience supporting federal government accounting or financial operations.
  • Knowledge of federal financial management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Momentum)
  • Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) covered positions and wage determinations.

Nice To Haves

  • OFF and SAP experience is desirable.
