Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive‑level summaries
Ability to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and clearly document complex information
Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI‑enabled productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot)
Comfortable working in a technology‑forward environment and adapting to evolving tools and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
Experience using modern project/work management platforms such as Asana
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Own project outcomes end‑to‑end, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies are actively managed and communicated
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out activities in alignment with agreed objectives
Facilitate and lead project meetings and discussions, including kick‑offs, status reviews, risk/issue reviews, and retrospectives
Develop, maintain, and manage core project artifacts, including: Project plans and timelines, Risk registers, issue logs, and decision logs, Executive summaries and status reports, Project kick‑off materials and presentations, Project retrospectives and post‑mortems
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalation as needed
Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team to drive accountability and progress
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work, time, and resources
Provide leadership with meaningful insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement recommendations
Participate in departmental planning activities based on project experience and organizational needs
Leverage project management tools and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, visibility, and team effectiveness
