About The Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple outbound logistics projects, including a custom-built TMS aggregator application. This role requires leading cross-functional teams across different time zones (Poland, SF, Pittsburgh) and applying Agile project management techniques, with some knowledge of Waterfall also being necessary. The Project Manager will build and maintain detailed project plans, track risks, issues, budgets, and non-labor costs, facilitate meetings, drive consensus, and communicate decisions to stakeholders. Collaboration with developers, architects, QA, and product managers is a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Experience in managing outbound logistics projects.
• Experience with custom-built TMS aggregator applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Proficiency in Agile project management techniques.
• Knowledge of Waterfall project management techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain detailed project plans.
• Ability to track risks, issues, budgets, and non-labor costs.
• Strong meeting facilitation and consensus-driving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates.
• Experience collaborating with developers, architects, QA, and product managers.
