About The Position

Manage activities and projects associated with Demand-Side Management initiatives sponsored by Entergy New Orleans, including DSM strategy, tactical plans, empirical research, program design, implementation and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Customer focused self-starter
  • Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position.

  • Advanced degrees desired.
  • Energy Efficiency and Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and execution of DSM strategy for Energy Smart program
  • Support tactical plans and business case for implementation
  • Oversee management of contractors responsible for program implementation
  • Review development of periodic program reports as required by the Council
  • Monitor and report on regional and national trends in DSM activities
  • Assist with efforts related to DSM potential studies in connection with development of ENO Integrated Resource Plans
  • Coordinate as necessary with internal resources to administer, register, and dispatch demand response programs and resources
