The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc aspires to hire a Project Manager in our Springfield, Mo office! This individual will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

Requirements

• Construction Management Degree or Two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub-contractor, or property management firm preferred
• Candidates will need to have a high attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is very deadline focused
• Mechanically minded or inclined
• Strong mathematical ability; must verify bids for accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned
