About The Position

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Operations Technology team which is responsible for the development of systems and processes used to manage our post-trade business activity. In this role, you will manage the roadmap of large, long-term projects within our Back Office Operations and Accounting teams, along with milestones and deliverables. You will collaborate with our trading, business, and engineering teams on initiatives that span new software delivery and enhancements to our existing systems. You will ensure internal stakeholders and external resources are kept updated as you manage projects and deliverables within the most efficient timeline.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services
Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of technical workflows
Eagerness to learn and a strong ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to work in our Bala Cynwyd office 5 days per week

Nice To Haves

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools preferred
a degree in a technical concentration is a plus
