About The Position

Sunrise Electric, a brand of Viking Electric and part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Project Manager for its Addison, Illinois location. The role supports project initiatives and works with vendors, customers, and associates to help ensure projects are executed and delivered smoothly. The position is full-time, with standard daytime hours Monday through Friday and occasional evening or weekend hours. Total compensation is listed as $70,000–$90,000 and includes base salary, an annual bonus opportunity, and benefits. Base salary may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in project management with advanced project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with vendors, customers, and associates, virtually and in person.
• Ability to negotiate and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Conduct critical conversations and negotiations effectively.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during projects.
• Use the MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
