About The Position

The Project Manager – Critical Infrastructure supports the planning and execution of projects involving facilities, data centers, and critical systems. The role is suited to professionals with moderate experience who are ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop leadership and technical skills.

The position is based on-site in Round Rock, Texas. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until a candidate is identified.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in facilities or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of critical systems such as HVAC, UPS, and generators.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or CAPM certification, or certification in progress.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Exposure to data center or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
• Support the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.
• Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
