About The Position

SiteWORX is a total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio, specializing in mass excavation, underground utilities, and concrete for large residential, commercial, and public projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from the estimating department through closeout and assisting field operations during the construction phase. This role involves close collaboration with Estimators and Superintendents to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Construction Industry, be well-organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess an energetic positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Associates Degree in Construction Management.
  • Proficient at reading blueprints.
  • Understanding of sales, estimating, scheduling, project buyout.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
  • Attend all Post Bid & Pre-Construction meetings with customers, field management and jurisdictions.
  • Set Up, Maintain & Update all project folders to ensure consistency across all jobs.
  • Gather & Submit all information required for Permits.
  • Award & Buy out all material & subcontractors.
  • Approve all project related invoices in time frames required by accounting.
  • Schedule all subcontractors.
  • Serve as point of contact with customers.
  • Provide accounting all required information for monthly billing.
  • Lead & Price all Scope & Plan Revision Change Orders in a timely manner.
