The company operates like a family, investing in their people. This is a newly created position to formalize and strengthen the management of their construction program as the company grows. The two Project Manager roles being created are designed to work in concert, with shared accountability to the Chief Construction Officer and Director of Development, and a common standard of excellence across all project delivery. This role is unique because By Landmark is the end user, owning the full lifecycle of their properties from purchase and design through construction, opening, and operation. This means material choices, sequencing, and system selections are made by the same organization that will run the finished asset. The Project Manager will be involved across this full arc.
