About The Position

Promera is a provider of critical environment management solutions for mission-critical spaces, including data centers, cleanrooms, and life sciences facilities. The company has served clients for over 45 years and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The Project Manager manages execution of contracted services for a subcontractor on a large, active construction site. The role may involve performing manager, superintendent, or technician duties as needed and managing or assisting with daily work. Crew sizes vary from four to eight staff. The project currently operates on first shift, although second shift may be possible. The role may require up to 50 hours per week and travel.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience supervising a crew.
Previous experience in a similar position focused on crew management.
OSHA-10 certification.
Attention to detail.
Reliable vehicle.
Ability to read blueprints and become familiar with site and building names.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and remain on one's feet for extended periods.
Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

Construction project experience.
OSHA-30 certification.
Bilingual Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

Perform manager, superintendent, and/or technician duties as needed.
Establish daily production goals based on the overall plan.
Manage and assist with daily work for a crew of four to eight staff.
Interface with the general contractor, other trades, vendors, and the home office.
Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
