About The Position

Reporting to Sherry Ghafarpour, Director, Program Management, the mission of the Project Manager is to drive the success and development of Dialogue Projects by leading the implementation of new projects and monitoring project performance indicators in a highly technical, cross-functional, complex, and innovative virtual health domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a project manager or a program manager managing large-scale, customer-facing, cross-functional software projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead through influence, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to detail.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks, coupled with relevant experience in the agile software development process and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and leading project teams, demonstrated ability to drive effective project planning and project risk management.
  • Expert communicator, adaptable to diverse audiences, proficient in conflict resolution, able to navigate ambiguous situations, and capable of prioritizing essential needs.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects to strategic clients, including significant experience with external stakeholder communication and management.
  • Technical fluency, familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies, and working knowledge of software management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, and Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the discovery, creation and implementation of new software solutions for a strategic client, working with colleagues across internal and external functional teams, including Dialogue’s Product and Tech, Care Operations, and Go-To-Market teams, to successfully achieve project requirements and ensure seamless rollout of new features for the client.
  • Investigating the feasibility and operational impacts of potential product changes with the help of the engineering and the product subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Supporting Go-To-Market, Service Operations, Engineering, and Product teams in their understanding of the new project and program changes.
  • Identifying clear and measurable metrics to evaluate and track the success of existing programs and new projects, and monitoring key indicators of performance.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic client project delivery, which includes managing communications and expectations of external stakeholders.
