Requirements

BA/BS degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
5+ years of client management experience
5+ years of program management experience
3+ years supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably within a large healthcare organization
2+ years managing large-scale programs with multiple projects and multidisciplinary project teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working within federal health agencies or large public sector health programs
Additional program or project management certifications
Background in performance management, contractor oversight, or technical program governance
Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable program plans

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for all client requests related to subject-matter expert support and contractor performance.
Lead and manage a large-scale program composed of multiple projects with complexity and budget scope comparable to the task order.
Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and close out programs in support of the agency’s mission.
Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
Engage proactively with stakeholders.
Provide effective oversight of program performance.
