About The Position

This role utilizes developing specialized knowledge to execute tasks and contribute to smaller projects or defined components of larger initiatives. It addresses non-routine problems using established practices and past experience. The position may support the coordination of day-to-day activities for a team or specific area. The Project Manager leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. This includes managing project progress, risks, and issues, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitoring performance against plans. It also includes identifying and recommending adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives.
