About The Position

BioVid is hiring a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to manage complex global healthcare market research projects from start to finish. The role oversees project logistics and execution, applies organizational expertise and resourcefulness, and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver research that informs client decisions. The position also contributes to staff development and BioVid’s culture and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of market research industry experience required.
• Strong project management capabilities, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and competing priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with clients, research teams, and external partners.
• Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems, and keep projects on track.
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold quality, compliance, and accuracy standards.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• At least 5 years of market research industry experience preferred.
• Healthcare market research experience preferred.
• Experience managing qualitative and quantitative research projects preferred.
• Project management or related certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution from start to finish, including timeline allocation, budget accountability, vendor procurement and management, fielding execution, and data management.
• Partner with research teams and external partners to drive execution, address challenges proactively, and keep projects on track.
• Consult with project teams about study objectives and provide guidance on BioVid standards, compliance requirements, appropriate methodology, and successful project delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance checks of project materials to ensure alignment with BioVid standards and applicable requirements.
• Oversee quality control and data processing across data collection, data management, and report production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior staff.
• Participate in organizational initiatives, such as committees, innovation, and client relationship building, and help cultivate BioVid’s culture and evolution.
