About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our projects using a variety of project management methodologies including Agile. This role requires a versatile individual who can adapt to the needs of each project, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional project management principles and Agile practices, able to seamlessly switch between these approaches as required.

Requirements

3+ years of Project Management experience
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
Proven experience in project management, including traditional and/or Agile methodologies.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience leading software development projects in an Agile environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) and/or Agile methodologies (CSM, ACP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget, employing traditional or Agile methodologies
Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders to drive accountability throughout project timelines.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential concerns or issues, and devise contingency plans.
Adopt and apply best practices in project management, including risk management, quality assurance, and change management.
