Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a program or project coordination role, with at least 1 year in an agile environment and familiarity managing cross-functional programs across multiple agile teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms to support program tracking and team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management best practices, including dependency management, risk resolution, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels — product, technical, and business leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in agile program or project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO) and experience with large-scale agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry, familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices, and experience coordinating global or distributed teams are all desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and delivery of complex agile programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining up-to-date scope documentation, and ensuring alignment across multiple product teams.
  • Organize and lead key agile ceremonies (refinements, progressions, alignments, retrospectives, etc.) while ensuring consistent application of agile practices and resolving operational roadblocks.
  • Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and program risks, proactively escalating issues and coordinating mitigation strategies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day support to agile teams by ensuring tools and resources are available and act as a liaison between technical, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular status reports, key metrics, and timely updates on program progress, risks, and scope changes.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying efficiency gains, supporting adoption of new tools and techniques, and fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing.
  • Ensure all program documentation (roadmaps, release plans, issue logs) is maintained and track performance metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts to guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional leaders to align program objectives with business priorities and translate high-level goals into actionable team plans.
