About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to oversee and optimize program-level delivery using Agile ways of working across our Capital Markets Front Office Technology organization. This role is responsible for driving execution across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives that support front-office business objectives. The Agile Project Manager will lead through influence, partnering with Technology, Product, Trading, Sales, Quantitative Research, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives. The successful candidate will establish effective governance, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate planning and prioritization activities, and provide transparency into program execution. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that technology investments are aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in project management, program management, Agile delivery or portfolio management roles.
Experience delivering Front Office technology initiatives within Capital Markets, Electronic Trading, Fixed Income, Credit, Derivatives, or related business domains is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean delivery practice.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, stakeholder management, dependency management, and delivery reporting.
Strong executive communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Experience with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps, ServiceNow SPM, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic technology initiatives across the Capital Markets Front Office portfolio.
Promoting continuous improvement by leveraging Agile metrics and delivery insight.
Driving program execution through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Establishing and maintaining Agile governance frameworks, delivery plans, milestone tracking, dependency management processes, and status reporting mechanisms.
Coordinating resources, monitoring program health, managing budget impacts, and resolving delivery challenges.
Ensuring that risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions are actively managed and escalated, when necessary.
Maintaining consistency in delivery standards, reporting practices, and communication across all workstreams.
Promoting alignment across business and technology teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
Building strong partnerships with Front Office business leaders, product owners, traders, sales teams, and technology leadership to align on strategic objectives, priorities, timelines, and target outcomes.
Promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Facilitating decision-making, managing competing priorities, and helping resolve conflicts through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Providing clear delivery insights, risk assessments, and recommendations that support informed business decisions and successful program execution.
Influencing program management agenda and delivering complete, timely and sustainable program outcomes.
Establishing a standard framework and approach for PMO setup.
Articulating a clear vision of program management deliverables across the entire portfolio of divisional or regional delivery.
Encouraging buy-in across all stakeholder groups, including business leadership, process owners and infrastructure partners.
Soliciting feedback on end state objectives from senior stakeholders on a continuous basis.
Directing modifications and enhancements to program plans where appropriate, leveraging stakeholder insights.
Engaging Six Sigma, lean and/or agile techniques as appropriate.
