Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Five (5) years of experience as an Information Technology Professional or in a related role including experience in project management.

Responsibilities

Managing the full lifecycle of Helix Service Assurance software project deployments, including planning, installation, integration, testing, and post-deployment support.
Preparing and validating software and hardware prerequisites.
Conducting project risk assessments.
Coordinating cross-functional teams such as Integration, QA, Solution Architecture, and Support.
Overseeing project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
Ensuring SLA compliance.
Acting as the primary technical liaison.
Translating complex system configurations into clear stakeholder communication.
Capturing and addressing business requirements.
Identifying opportunities for solution enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction and business value.
