Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience as an Information Technology Professional or in a related role including experience in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full lifecycle of Helix Service Assurance software project deployments, including planning, installation, integration, testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Preparing and validating software and hardware prerequisites.
  • Conducting project risk assessments.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams such as Integration, QA, Solution Architecture, and Support.
  • Overseeing project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
  • Ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Acting as the primary technical liaison.
  • Translating complex system configurations into clear stakeholder communication.
  • Capturing and addressing business requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for solution enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction and business value.
