About The Position

At Cuningham, we design with deep respect for the real world, the budgets, the schedules, the codes, and the people who will use the spaces we create. That respect shows up most clearly in how a project gets managed. We're looking for a Project Manager who is a licensed Architect to join our Denver office and lead project teams through every phase with the kind of steady judgment that comes from experience across markets, keeping projects grounded in both craft and reality. This role is built for a licensed architect who has led work across multiple markets, civic and mixed-use experience preferred, and is willing and able to work across market types as our project needs shift. You'll coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, and contracts across client and consultant groups, building teams that do their best work because they feel supported doing it. We believe in getting better together, and that starts with project leaders who care about the people around them as much as the outcomes they're driving toward. If you've got a track record of spotting opportunities for additional services or contributing to business development, even better, we'd love to put that instinct to use in service of a world made better by selfless design.

Requirements

  • Architecture License is required
  • 10+ years of project management experience across multiple markets, with civic, healthcare and mixed use experience preferred

  • Familiarity with Revit/BIM 360, Miro, and Microsoft Teams
  • A steady hand for managing risk, budget, and schedule without losing sight of the people or the design
  • A genuine curiosity about how projects and teams can work better, and the follow through to make that happen
  • Care for the people you work with, clients and teammates alike, as much as for the projects themselves
