About The Position
The State of South Carolina is seeking two experienced Project Managers (Intermediate level) to provide operational and technical support for IT infrastructure and Audio-Visual systems. These are rebid positions, and the selected candidates will play a key role in stabilizing and managing help desk operations, network access, and user/device support. This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring daily presence at the work location and cannot accommodate non-residents or remote workers.
Requirements
- Audio Visual Support: 2 years
- IT Networking: 2 years
- Help Desk Support (Tier I & II): 2 years
- Network Access & User Management: 2 years
- IT Operations & Continuity Support: 2 years
Nice To Haves
- Prior Project Management experience in an IT support environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day help desk operations including Tier I and Tier II support.
- Provide technical support for Audio-Visual equipment and systems.
- Support IT networking operations and troubleshooting.
- Administer and manage user access, accounts, and networked peripheral devices.
- Maintain a stable IT support environment to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
