Requirements

10+ years of experience managing IT projects
5+ years of experience delivering at the FDA
Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget of IT projects
Experience delivering Agile driven projects
Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to accelerate delivery and maximize stakeholder value.
Experience supporting delivery of data-driven modernization initiatives, integrating emerging technologies, and digital platforms
Experience using AI to streamline administrative processes, collecting and presenting metrics, and creating workflows and mockups in support of IT development and projects
Experience optimizing delivery through automation, integrations, and cloud-native technologies such as AWS
Public Trust
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience responding to government solicitations
Experience with oversight and management of matrixed teams including administrative and delivery
Knowledge of applications that support the FDA’s Office of Inspections and Investigations
PMP Certification
