About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead, oversee, and manage multiple projects for our clients within the Financial and Professional Services Sector. The ideal candidate will have interior workplace experience within a campus environment and have a great attitude with the ability and skills to take control of situations diplomatically. This is a hybrid role that will require the ability to report to the office in Dallas, TX a minimum of three days per week. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Prior experience working with Financial and Professional services clients, high-end interior projects, retail bank projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
  • Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast paced environments is helpful.
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project and other MS software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Previous Project Management experience with commercial renovation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; complete bid analysis; recommend resources to clients.
  • Leads project delivery resources/team providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Track the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc.). May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees.
  • Manage 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
