About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Project Manager in Fremont, CA. As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to successfully execute projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery. Track project progress, performance, and changes using appropriate tools, while managing scope, schedule, and cost controls. Build strong client and vendor relationships, mitigate risks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• 3+ years in project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experienced in product development and manufacturing processes, with the ability to collaborate across operations and engineering teams.
• Skilled at analyzing complex information and communicating key insights to support decision-making.
