About The Position

House Doctors is hiring a Project Manager for residential remodeling projects at its St. Peters, Missouri location, serving St. Charles County, West County, and St. Louis County. The role manages multiple projects from signed contract through close-out, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and decks. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering work on time, within budget, and to quality standards while keeping homeowners informed throughout the process. Compensation is approximately $85,000 to $120,000 in total pay for a proven Project Manager, including a base salary of $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience plus a performance bonus. The position includes company uniforms and vehicles, paid holidays, paid time off, a 401(k) with matching, opportunities for advancement, and training and development.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in the professional residential remodeling industry.
At least 2 years supervising as a proven Project Manager.
Hands-on trade experience.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Knowledge of local permits and building codes.
Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, apps, and other software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, or decks.
OSHA certification or Lead-Safe (RRP) qualification.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from contract through close-out.
Take over projects from sales, conduct pre-construction site visits, and confirm measurements.
Plan schedules, order materials, and coordinate deliveries.
Handle permits, zoning, and inspections.
Direct crews and subcontractors on assigned jobs day to day.
Ensure quality throughout project construction.
Keep homeowners informed and manage change orders.
Keep each job on budget.
