Bellese is seeking two Project Managers to join their team. The Project Manager supports delivery and operational coordination for large technical programs, partnering closely with a Program or Discipline lead who oversees contract execution, program delivery, business development, and innovation initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining delivery structure, visibility, and operational discipline across multiple teams. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional work across engineering, product, and human-centered design teams, managing schedules, tracking risks, maintaining program documentation, and supporting stakeholder communication. The Project Manager ensures delivery meets program timelines, contractual commitments, and quality standards, acting as a central coordination point while supporting the Program Director in day-to-day program operations. Strong organization, communication, and execution skills are essential for this position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in technical or software delivery environments.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- A passion to understand, act and succeed.
- US Citizenship or Green Card only - we do not offer Sponsorship
- US Residency for at least the past 3 years
- Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing delivery in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience supporting government or regulated programs.
- Experience working within large multi-team software programs.
Responsibilities
- Support program planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
- Track project progress and maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Identify delivery risks, operational blockers, and cross-team dependencies and support resolution.
- Maintain program documentation including project plans, delivery plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Prepare delivery updates and program status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support resource planning and capacity tracking across teams.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial coordination activities.
- Facilitate working sessions including planning meetings, delivery reviews, and cross-team coordination meetings.
- Support onsite team events, workshops, and program meetings when needed.
- Support operational improvements to strengthen delivery visibility and coordination.
- Help improve program workflows, documentation practices, and cross-team collaboration through process and technology innovations
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between operational customer staff and Bellese teams.
