About The Position

The Project Manager will lead the cross-functional integrated product development teams responsible for making and delivering on all end-to-end project commitments. This will include project schedule, budget, product cost targets and technical performance. This position covers definition and management of all activities from inception to successful factory and field implementation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience or MA/MS degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly skilled in using MS Project and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and manage interdependencies across all internal functional value-streams involved in project planning and execution
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Defining the project scope, objectives, tasks, and deliverables, while creating a detailed roadmap to guide the team.
  • Allocating resources (personnel, materials) and monitoring costs to keep the project within the approved budget.
  • Building a team, assigning tasks based on strengths, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure success.
  • Identifying potential risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
  • Tracking performance against deadlines and milestones, conducting regular meetings, and preparing documentation for stakeholders.
  • Managing expectations, communicating updates, and ensuring stakeholders are satisfied with the final project outcomes.
  • Support creation and management of partnerships with key suppliers
  • Identify and actively manage impact of any dependent projects or activities
  • Understand and manage handoffs across 5 stage Product Development Process (PDP)
