Requirements

  • 15 years of experience managing people and complex technical projects, including work on highly available, national security systems
  • Domain knowledge in biographic matching/identity resolution, vetting analysis
  • Hands-on, working knowledge of GitLab and Mattermost, particularly in support of release planning, release management, project and team communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to staff, manage, motivate and retain high-performance development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation.
  • Ability to report onsite 3x a week in Colorado Springs, CO (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)
  • US Citizen
  • Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technical initiatives, particularly those supporting highly available national security systems.
  • Oversee biographic matching and identity resolution projects.
  • Conduct vetting analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical operations.
  • Report onsite in Colorado Springs, CO three days a week.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leverage expertise with tools such as GitLab and Mattermost to facilitate release planning, manage project communications, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Staff, motivate, and manage high-performance development teams.
  • Navigate the challenges of managing people and resources in a dynamic environment.
  • Deliver results in a demanding setting, utilizing experience in special operations intelligence disciplines (USSOCOM or JSOTF) and defense acquisition program management.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle through strong communication skills and professional documentation.
