Requirements

15 years of experience managing people and complex technical projects, including work on highly available, national security systems
Domain knowledge in biographic matching/identity resolution, vetting analysis
Hands-on, working knowledge of GitLab and Mattermost, particularly in support of release planning, release management, project and team communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to staff, manage, motivate and retain high-performance development teams.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation.
Ability to report onsite 3x a week in Colorado Springs, CO (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)
US Citizen
Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

Lead complex technical initiatives, particularly those supporting highly available national security systems.
Oversee biographic matching and identity resolution projects.
Conduct vetting analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical operations.
Report onsite in Colorado Springs, CO three days a week.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
Leverage expertise with tools such as GitLab and Mattermost to facilitate release planning, manage project communications, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Staff, motivate, and manage high-performance development teams.
Navigate the challenges of managing people and resources in a dynamic environment.
Deliver results in a demanding setting, utilizing experience in special operations intelligence disciplines (USSOCOM or JSOTF) and defense acquisition program management.
Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle through strong communication skills and professional documentation.
