About The Position

Caliagua, Inc., an Azuria Water Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for effectively planning and controlling multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

  • 7+ years of construction experience
  • 5+ years managing heavy civil or water/wastewater projects preferred.
  • Travel to jobsites and work extended hours as project needs require.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Sage 100, Bluebeam

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from award through closeout, including planning, execution, turnover, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule, key milestones, and recovery plans as needed.
  • Proactively manage budget, forecast, job costs, cash flow, and cost-to-complete throughout the project.
  • Support bid turnover, permitting, scope review, and preconstruction planning before field execution.
  • Lead procurement of major materials, equipment, and long-lead items to support the schedule.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to support timely approvals and field progress.
  • Administer owner and subcontract agreements, change orders, and commercial project requirements.
  • Oversee billings, WIP, collections support, and routine financial reporting.
  • Visit jobsites regularly to verify progress, quality, safety, and field coordination.
  • Lead project staff and coordinate effectively with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, engineers, inspectors, and key stakeholders.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases of the work.
