About The Position

Caliagua, Inc., an Azuria Water Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for effectively planning and controlling multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

7+ years of construction experience
5+ years managing heavy civil or water/wastewater projects preferred.
Travel to jobsites and work extended hours as project needs require.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Sage 100, Bluebeam

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from award through closeout, including planning, execution, turnover, and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, key milestones, and recovery plans as needed.
Proactively manage budget, forecast, job costs, cash flow, and cost-to-complete throughout the project.
Support bid turnover, permitting, scope review, and preconstruction planning before field execution.
Lead procurement of major materials, equipment, and long-lead items to support the schedule.
Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to support timely approvals and field progress.
Administer owner and subcontract agreements, change orders, and commercial project requirements.
Oversee billings, WIP, collections support, and routine financial reporting.
Visit jobsites regularly to verify progress, quality, safety, and field coordination.
Lead project staff and coordinate effectively with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, engineers, inspectors, and key stakeholders.
Enforce safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases of the work.
