The Project Manager will serve as the primary internal point of contact for project-related information, coordinating meetings, ensuring timely communication of project updates, and tracking action items. This role involves maintaining organized project files, tracking RFIs, submittals, and change notices, and supporting the preparation of internal reports and presentations. The Project Manager will also coordinate with Finance on budget updates, cost forecasting, and expenditure tracking, and support the procurement of owner-provided items. Additionally, the role includes tracking project schedule milestones, monitoring contractor progress, and assisting with internal readiness tasks for move-in and operational preparations. The Project Manager will also support commissioning, training, handover, and the collection of close-out documents, as well as planning and coordinating move-in activities.
