Role Overview We’re seeking a Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, coordinating complex project scopes, and building long‑term relationships with science and technology clients. You’ll collaborate with experienced design and technical leaders, guiding projects from early planning through construction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional registration (architectural license) strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience in architecture or related fields, ideally with science/technology, research, or complex commercial projects.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects as well as multiple smaller efforts simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and build trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage the strengths of multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, and other commonly used design and documentation software preferred.
  • Experience with Design/Build delivery and/or LEED‑oriented projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with firm leadership to understand project requirements and help structure owner–architect agreements, including fees and schedules.
  • Lead day‑to-day project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback to support effective workflow and timelines.
  • Oversee the development and quality of construction documents, drawing on your technical knowledge to resolve issues and maintain design intent.
  • Prepare and monitor work plans, including cost and work‑hour budgets, and regularly track progress against project goals.
  • Lead or support coordination with consultants, contractors, and client representatives, including bid review and recommendation of award.
  • Maintain clear, timely project documentation and correspondence; ensure necessary approvals and signatures are obtained.
  • Support business development efforts with leaders, including proposal development and participation in client interviews and presentations.
  • Model a collaborative, team‑oriented culture and help mentor junior staff in both project delivery and professional growth.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
